In January 2015 the Euromoney Seminars 17th Annual Global Airfinance Conference was held at the impressive new Convention Centre in Dublin. Around 1600 delegates from over 68 different countries attended.
For this event, IDentilam delivered a four day onsite badging service for all delegates, speakers, exhibitors and staff members attending the conference. We printed over 1,500 badges in advance for pre-registered attendees and approximately 500 extra badges while onsite at the venue for late registrations. All badges both pre-event and onsite were produced using our ComPic system.
Badge inserts size 95x120mm were printed with the event branding and a colour block to clearly identify the various categories of validity e.g. delegate or speaker. The badges were also personalised with variable data and a colour photograph of each delegate and worn in a clear plastic wallet with lanyard.
Post event, we produced a comprehensive report for the client outlining all the information they needed, like the total number of badges produced as well as the quantity of passes printed for each type of attendee.
