We all have budgets to follow and demands on funds from all areas of the event often means there isn’t much left of the budget for badging. However, this doesn’t mean that you have to compromise on the quality. See below three top tips to make your badging budget stretch that little bit further.
The first top tip is to think about which badge type you are going to use. For example, opting for a badge that doesn’t require a plastic wallet, such as our IDhesive badges, are very cost effective. The second tip is very simple, don’t leave your badging to the last minute, we can’t stress this enough! Although great event badges can still be achieved with an extremely tight deadline, you won’t have nearly as many available options and the costs will likely be more expensive the closer you leave it to your event.
The third and last tip is to think about whether it would be more cost effective for you to invest in badging software or continue to outsource your badging.
