It may be coming up to holiday time but conference season will be upon us again before we know it. If you are planning for an event this Autumn we have devised the checklist below of some of the information we will need from you when providing a badging service.
Firstly, what type of badge will be most suitable for your event, for example a paper insert with wallet or perhaps a PVC card. We have over 30 different badge types or sizes to choose from.
Next have a think about what size the badge needs to be to enable you to fit all of your delegate data and event branding.
Has the design/branding of the badges been decide on yet? The number of colours and design variations will need to be considered to help us to price your service.
How will your badges be worn or displayed at the event? Will you be using lanyards or another form of attachment such as a static pin and clip, a swivel pin and clip or a magnetic bar clip.
When will the bulk of your data be ready? The sooner we get it the better!
Will you need to print badges onsite for late registrations and reissues? We can provide software or a service to cover this.
