Here at IDentilam we offer a range of support contracts to our clients who use ComPic, ComPicWeb, Badge & Track and Conference Card Creator software packages. Our contracts offer invaluable assistance to make the most of your software systems.

As all our software is designed and developed in-house, when calling, you will be speaking directly to the experts, whose friendly and professional assistance combined with extensive experience will be dedicated to helping you.

The following contracts are available to use with ComPic, ComPicWeb, Badge & Track and Conference Card Creator systems and associated hardware:

A full support contract includes:

  • Two maintenance visits per year, comprising a system health check to ensure optimum performance
  • Upgrade of ComPic software to the latest version
  • Unlimited Telephone Helpline support during normal working hours (08.30-17.00) on day-to-day operational problems.
  • Password login to our Extranet site for access to documentation/system manuals, printer drivers, help with FAQ and secure data transfer.
  • Free of charge labour for servicing and repairs on a return-to-factory basis. Parts are chargeable at a discounted rate (-10%).

We also offer the optional provision of compatible loan equipment during down time of customer hardware during service/repair.

A telephone helpline support contract includes:

  • Unlimited Telephone Helpline support during normal working hours (08.30-17.00) on day-to-day operational problems.
  • Password login to our Extranet site for access to documentation/system manuals, printer drivers and help with FAQ.
