There are 2 types of Support Contract available for IDentilam's ComPic (COMputer Photo ID Card) system:
- Full Maintenance Support – includes
telephone helpline support,
as well as regular maintenance visits and software updates. - Full Maintenance clients also have access to the Extranet.
- Telephone helpline support.
All maintenance clients are provided password access to our extranet for first line support and file downloads.
TRAININGWe offer training on the complete range of IDentilam software systems, either at our presentation facilities in Faygate or at the client site. Training is usually given at time of installation and additional/refresher courses are available on request.
A standard syllabus is used for each package, covering all aspects of user and administrator functions and can be tailored to specifically address client requirements.
The training includes:
- Using the application software - creating ID cards, querying the database, etc.
- Capturing images.
- Using a camera.
- Printing ID cards.
- Day to day maintenance of the printer.
- Setting up a database.
- Designing ID card layouts.
- Defining User Authorisations.
- Reporting.
