Lockable – permanent or temporary with KEY
Prevents unauthorised access to the card
The clear closed card holders will accommodate credit card sized cards; they can be worn in portrait or landscape orientation. The permanent type means that the holder cannot be reused; the temporary, lockable type allows access to the card using a special key.

New
Features for ComPic & ComPicWeb |
New Features
for ComPic & ComPicWeb - Computer Photo ID card System
At large, fast moving events, where
badges are being handed out at great speed, in the past it
has been difficult to keep track of the issuance of the badges;
a new card trailing feature in the ComPic family software
has now bridged this gap.
Used in conjunction with ComPic, Badge
and Track & the Card Caddie, as delegates/visitors collect
their badges they are electronically read and give a full audit
trail to who collected their badge and where and when.
A new option has been added to the main
record screen in ComPic to allow the user to view more detailed
record update history, such as how many times the record has
been modified, if it requires printing and whether it was created
in the local ComPic application or via a ComPicWeb browser
application.
A new more user friendly event transaction
list can now be generated in Badge & Track to clearly show
the activity or movement of a delegate at an event, including
which sessions and seminars they have attended, the time they
arrived and whether they were permitted access.

CaddiePen
Getting a Grip on the Market |
Dunlop and Goodyear, international
tyre manufacturers have recently ordered 1,000 CaddiePens
for use at their Corporate Golf Days. CaddiePen has provided
a unique and constant reminder for all the golfers who attend
and will be carried on their bags long after the event. CaddiePen
is becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to giving
away branded balls which are often very quickly lost and
also remain under cover in the golf bag

Another great
success for ComPic Badging and Accreditation
Over 20,000 Passes were issued at Wimbledon
fortnight, covering all players, officials, coaches, guests,
journalists and workers.
The passes carry a photograph and graphic
symbols to show the access and privileges accorded to the card
holders. Over 50 different card styles are in use and the embedded
‘embellishments’ feature
in ComPic allows for easy automatic triggering of complex card
combinations.
The cards are also used to check in and
out the holders - over 300,000 gate transactions are recorded
over the event; the cards also carry data that allows for meals
to be had without payment.
In September meetings will take place
for the next year’s tournament where additional features
will be added including the ‘Badge and Track’ software
element being added to the existing system, providing even
more sophisticated reporting and tracking of the attendees
and the expanded use of WIFI readers. ComPic also interfaces
with a CRM system that is being used at the Club.
The 15 workstations have been running
since 1997 at the Tournament and the relationship between the
AELTC and IDentilam goes from strength to strength; IDentilam’s
ability to deliver on time, support and write sophisticated
‘handshaking software’ is the basis of the long
relationship.

CaddiePens™ – London
Golf Show April 2006 |
Golfers
want to buy online!
At the recent show at Excel the stand
was constantly inundated with Golfers of all ages, ladies
and gentlemen.
The message to CaddiePen was that
Golfers are so interested in the product, across the
board and not all can order in quantities of 50 or 100.
Many visitors were buying packs of
3 in lots of 6 or 7; the decision after the show was
made therefore to launch the online sales of CaddiePen
and this will follow shortly.

STAND No. 760
Demonstrations of idcardsonline™ through ComPicWeb
ComPicWeb provides for online
data and image entry into a unique and common
database, held on a secure server, accessible
over the internet.
The server, on which the
database resides, can be client maintained or
can be held on the IDentilam secure server – in
this instance IDentilam will maintain the security
levels and housekeeping of the server
All users will be allocated
unique user names and passwords to gain access
to ComPicWeb; their rights to perform specific
tasks are also controlled by the system administrator.
Users are alerted of applications
via email advice; if for any reason the application
has been delayed or is under investigation, the
email link will cater to keep all abreast of
the situation.
ComPicWeb ably caters for
cards that are lost, mislaid, stolen or simply
updated by including for such in the software;
the software logic will also determine what type
of card style is assigned to the applicant.
Instant INETRNET access means
that the information is always online and the
use of the one database will ensure that the
information is concurrent and consistent to all
viewers; reports and searches can be carried
out within the system.
ComPicWeb is becoming more
and more popular with clients who use the IDentilam
BICS (Bureau ID Card Service) and IDentilam co-operate
closely with the end user to ensure that all
security issues are addressed and that ComPicWeb
is integrated transparently into their internal

Alternatively several large
companies have adopted ComPicWeb whilst providing

– London Golf Show 2006 |
London Golf Show 2006 – ExCel
London April 27-30th.
STAND No. 1201
We will be exhibiting CADDIEPEN
and offering “Packs of 3” at special
promotional prices from the stand
CaddiePen is “the pencil
on a reel” - however, as well as
being a pencil it has a strong BRANDING presence
which progressively the likes of Golf Professionals,
Golf Resorts, large corporates, Golf Captains
and Society organisers are using to promote their
brand and or special day.
The reel is custom printed
and acrylic domed (for protection) and we can
work from artwork supplied or assist in the design
of the printed logo/message; minimum quantities
start at 50 for a fully branded gift
CaddiePen will remain on
the bag, round after round and is permanently
a visible reminder of the brand or event; unlike
other “giveaways” it will not be
hit into a pond or kept out of view in someone’s
pocket
CaddiePen – not simply
a “pencil on a reel” but a strong,
repetitive branding medium.
CaddiePen is looking to extend
its number of resellers and we welcome approaches
at the show – full point of sale literature
and special presentation boxing is available
Refer to www.caddiepen.com for
fuller details and we look forward to welcoming
you to stand 1201 at the London Golf Show
