What is the minimum order?
You can order generic 'caddiepen' in packs of 10 upwards.
Personalised caddiepens can be ordered from a minimum of 50 with orders in multiples of 25.

What payments do you accept?
Credit cards, cheques. Payment via invoice is possible once an account has been opened.

Is caddiepen resistant and durable?
Yes, exceptionally. The reel is made from high grade plastic with nylon thread. The logo is protected under a clear acrylic dome.

Does the caddiepen come with the pencil or is this an additional cost?
caddiepen is supplied with the pencil in the cost.

What are my colour options?
The pencils and reels are available in black, red, white, pink, blue and green.

Can I get replacement pencils?
Yes, just call our sales team on 01293 851711.

What artwork do you require?
A good quality copy of your logo on headed paper or compliment slip should suffice. However, an electronic version in jpg, tif, eps or bmp format is fine.

Am I limited to 1 or 2 colour printing?
No, our printing process is full colour.

What is the charge for artwork origination?
For orders of 100+ there is no charge. For orders under 100 please call for a quotation.

What is the production lead time?
Generally personalised caddiepens are dispatched within 4 days from receipt of order and logo.
