Project Management
 

Our Project Manager will liaise with your company and agree the most efficient and effective level of service.

A custom database is set-up for each project. Data can be manually entered or imported from existing databases through a CSV file.

We will take into account staff location, company infrastructure, purpose of card and any administrative requirements that will ensure a successful project.

The project manager will be readily accessible throughout the project.

 

Service Options
 

Postal
IDentilam can receive a completed form together with hard copy photograph to enter onto the project database; signatures may also be captured from the form.

Email
The personal data and image can be sent via email and added to the project database.

Onsite
IDentilam staff can attend at the client’s premises to enter data and capture images via a live camera link; the cards can be printed on site or sent out after processing at the Bureau.

Online – idcardsonline
idcardsonline is an internet based solution; personal data and images can be added on-line form any internet connection; password protection and individual company Business Rules are built into the procedure and the security of data is guaranteed. The client has direct internet access to the database fields and also allows submission of details and photographs over the internet – see web based card production.

Secure data transfer using FTP (file transfer protocol)
IDentilam has FTP embedded in our extranet enabling large files to be securely uploaded and downloaded.

Encoding of cards
Cards can be encoded during the printing process or off-line. Magnetic stripe, barcodes, MIFARE and HID cards can be encoded.

Sample Card

A sample card will be produced using you input and logos; you will approve the card and layout prior to production.

Custom Reporting

We will produce reports for the client on a monthly basis, or at times to be agreed, on cards issued, categories of cards, expiry etc according to client requirements.

Since 1989 we have been producing cards for many corporate organisations; our clients include Utilities Companies, Government Organisations, Professional Associations, Airlines and a selection of large & small private companies.

We directly employ hardware and software engineers who are responsible for writing our software and supporting our systems.

Our programming and maintenance are all carried out under ISO 9000 procedures; our systems are networked to our BUREAU Server on site, in Horsham, and also run via ComPicWeb, providing access to the database via any internet connection; both infrastructures provide ONE concurrent project database.

 

Data Security and Client Access

Our clients include some of the most sensitive UK companies and organisations; as suppliers to governments for passports and driving licence projects our security credentials are well established & tried & tested.

We also follow strictly the data protection act.

Using conventional Bureau services then the data will be held on IDentilam’s secure in-house server; any data that is to be extracted from the database will need actioning by IDentilam in the form of reports etc.

Using idcardsonline the data is stored on a colocated server which the client has access to through the internet. ComPicWeb provides 24/7 access to the one concurrent database. Different user access levels control the type of access and extent of data that can be searched; the searching can even be limited to records entered from a particular location.
