Services & Systems
We are totally flexible and ready to undertake all or part of your event badging.

Pre-event
• A Project Manager is appointed as your primary contact for the event.
• Sample cards will be produced and level of service required
• We will enter applicants data, manually or via electronic import
• Cards are produced prior to the event

Project Management
We appoint a dedicated project manager to liaise with your staff and manage all aspects of the registration and pass production. Working together we identify the key requirements and tailor the solution to suit.

Our team can work transparently under the guise of your own organisation. Pre project planning is vital to the success of the event and all areas are covered in detail prior to commencement of the project.

Data security

Our clients include some of the most sensitive UK companies and organisations; as suppliers to governments for passports and driving licence projects our security credentials are established, tried, tested & proven.

We also follow strictly the data protection act.

Post-event

Reporting:
Standard reporting covers the number of badges:
     • printed per category, showing 4 fields of the record
     • within each category
     • printed pre event
     • printed during event

Electronic data collection:
Where data is scanned electronically (bar codes or RFID cards) using Badge and Track
     • Report on delegates’ times of arrival
           at event
           at break out sessions
     • Report on granted or denied access to sessions

Lead Reporting:
Our scanners can record visitor details and their product interests; the report can also include demographic information taken from the registration form.

Onsite

• All equipment will be transferred to the event site
• Data input and technical staff will attend
• Data entry of “late” applicants is carried out
• Cards are distributed to pre registered attendees
• Attendees can be electronically registered when they collect their card and attend seminars
• Queries and searching can be carried out in real-time.
