Each applicant is assigned a UID – unique identifier, that is encoded
onto a barcode or RFID card

Assignment of user badge style

The UID, assigned to each approved record, enables tracking, reporting and access control on all approved delegates

Session set up
Up to 200 sessions can be set up for each event e.g. seminars, door entry points, sports matches, lunch bookings

Individual delegates are given personal access rights to the sessions, using the UID

Sessions may be linked automatically to badge designs to ensure holders are not issued with an incorrect design

Session booking
Simple tick boxes indicate which sessions/ options are selected & allocated for each record; triggers may be set up to automatically make bookings for a chosen group of applicants e.g. by job title, where all sales staff are booked for the Sales Seminar and all financial staff for the Finance Seminar
