The accredited applicants details are sent directly to the print queue and duly printed; batch printing methods allow for cards to be printed in any order and grouping.
Once vetting is completed, the data is forwarded directly to the person(s) responsible for accreditation; the applicant accorded a category, status and access rights being duly accredited.
All data entered can be directed to a vetting authority (internal or external organisation). This is particularly relevant for governmental and political meetings where Police vetting is required; applications pending authorisation are able to be reviewed as required.
