This turnkey solution is a fully integrated system that can be shared by as many users as the administrator may care to authorise; it embraces the power of the internet with an easy to use Browser front end; the business rules can be set up differently to suit each individual event.

Registration
Applicants enter their data online. A photo can be attached. An email can confirm receipt of an application.

Alternatively applicants’ details can be entered from hard copy and photograph; data can also be imported from an existing database.

All data entered can be directed to a vetting authority (internal or external organisation). This is particularly relevant for governmental and political meetings where Police vetting is required; applications pending authorisation are able to be reviewed as required.

Once vetting is completed, the data is forwarded directly to the person(s) responsible for accreditation; the applicant accorded a category, status and access rights being duly accredited.

Full or partial searching of the database can be set up for different individuals; the records are accessible 24/7 and always concurrent on the one master database.

• Authorised users may view accredited records and images by entering relevant search criteria, returning a google style filtered list for easy selection
